Overview
High quality interactions are recognised as fundamental to the achievement of excellent teaching and learning in the early years. This course will allow you to reflect deeply on the quality and impact of interactions in your setting. It will off specific practical guidance on how to improve the quality of interactions on a day-to-day basis and ideas on how to better scaffold and support children’s learning and development. This session will also support with identifying children who might be struggling with their speech, language and communication development. This session will also include how to use and understand our formative assessment tool and then to use this to set up effectively run interventions.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, we will confirm nearer the time if this training will be online or face to face.
