This course looks at developing assessment for learning in the classroom. Teachers are part of a professional learning community to investigate good practice on each aspect of AFL in a sequential five part course. Teachers are expected to return to each session with evidence of good AFL and regularly review, self-assess and plan their next steps. The sessions will involve opportunities to observe learning across the school.
COVID 19 update: If these sessions can run face-to-face they will be at St. John and St. James school at the times below. If this is not possible it will be delivered remotely, 2-3pm on the same date, with materials, pre-reading and tasks sent in advance as appropriate. Further details nearer the time.
