Are you interested in becoming a teacher?

Student teachers are welcomed into our training hub, which has a fantastic track record of supporting trainee teachers into becoming outstanding practitioners. We feel that students benefit from the consistency and support from across our network of schools. Students are placed in one of our Federation's eight schools and rotate on placements to experience different settings and key stages.

Since we started our pilot model of student training in 2011, we have recruited over 30 teachers across our schools.

If you are a graduate or are going to graduate this year and you would like to enter a career in teaching but lack the necessary experience within a school environment we may be able to offer you School Experience.
