Working as a teacher in the Primary Advantage Federation you will have many opportunities to develop your leadership skills. These include:
- Contributing to our CPD programme by leading training sessions
- Teaching modelled lessons
- Becoming a class or school mentor to students and ECTs
- Engaging in teacher-led research enquiries across our schools, and research projects with external partners
- Delivering School to School Support
- Secondment and shadowing opportunities across our schools
- As a subject lead being part of Subject Leader Forums to develop ideas, lead on innovations and enhance practice across our schools
- Accessing a range of CPD opportunities within PA and via a range of partners to develop leadership skills, including training on:
- Finance
- HR
- Crucial conversations
- Coaching and mentoring
We are committed to supporting you in your development as a leader and many of our current leaders started with us as students or NQTs.
