We are pleased to be able to offer a small number of Post Graduate Teaching Apprenticeships - a paid, employment based route into teaching leading to QTS and PGCE.

This is a combined university and school based training route that blends guided practice within the classroom with a high level of research based learning acquired on the PGCE. This is the perfect route for recent graduates and career changers who are keen to engage with the academic rigour the PGCE provides. Applicants will gain both QTS and a PGCE. You will spend two thirds of the year at school and the remaining time at university, and can choose the Primary General route (age 5-11), Early Years (age 3-7). or Primary (5-11) with Mathematics Specialism route.
