Grace GladstoneHead of School - St John & St James

Grace has been employed at SJSJ since September 2012 where she completed her NQT induction year with us after completing a short period of training with us in the previous year. Since then Grace has continued to be a valued member of the school staff and has contributed her outstanding teaching practices across the school and wider federation ever since.

In September 2015, Grace was successfully offered the role of Lead Practitioner for her Maths Leadership role and has worked throughout Primary Advantage Federation delivering training to a vast amount of teachers and support staff during PAF’s CPD courses while also modelling good practice in a number of schools.

In September 2018, Grace became Assistant Headteacher at SJSJ and continues to support the growth and development of SJSJ while still offering her skills across the wider federation. Sitting on the school’s LAB is one of the many steps that Grace is taking in order to build her skills and capacity on her school leadership journey.

in April 2023, Grace became Head of School at SJSJ.
