12 Mar Sustainability: PA schools in DFE-UCL case study
Primary Advantage schools have been featured in a video commissioned by the DFE and UCL to highlight the benefits of Climate Action Planning and celebrating the committed approach of our federation. The DFE Climate Action Strategy requires all schools to have a Climate Action Plan in place. All 7 PA schools worked proactively with the UCL Climate Ambassador Programme last year to create individual Climate Action Plans for each of our schools, and a host of positive actions and change can be seen across our schools as a result.
Please check out the video to hear from some of our school leaders on how participating in the UCL Climate Ambassador Programme helped them achieve a whole school commitment to sustainability and climate action, and the impact this is having on our pupils and in our school communities.
