Post-Graduate Teaching Apprenticeships with Primary Advantage, apply now to start September 2026

We are pleased to announce that a small number of paid Post-Graduate Teaching Apprenticeships will be available starting September 2026 within several Primary Advantage schools in Hackney.  We are looking for candidates with ideally at least 2-3 years’ experience of working in a state primary school or strong transferrable skills from another career for this employment based training route.

All candidates must have a degree at 2:2 or above and GCSE passes in English, Maths and Science, by the time the training starts.  Applications must be made via the DFE Apply for Teacher Training portal. Please search for Primary Advantage on the DFE site above, and submit your application as soon as possible.  We expect to keep the application window open until 8am Monday 15 June, but may close it sooner if we receive a large number of strong applications.  Interviews will be in person at our schools in Hackney, the date is currently to be confirmed but likely to be the week of 22 June 2026.
