Primary Advantage is a federation of seven schools in Hackney. Our schools are exciting places with high expectations which promote innovation and excellence.
Springfield is an outstanding one-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Hackney. We are located in Stamford Hill on the cusp of the Hackney and Haringey border. Our children come from truly diverse backgrounds and speak many different languages.
We are one of seven schools within the Primary Advantage Federation. The Federation has allowed us to grow as a school but still maintain our distinct and unique identity. Our Local Advisory Board (LAB) ensures that Springfield makes decisions that are best for the school and its community.
We are looking for a passionate and inspiring leader who, in partnership with the Executive Principal and the Central Governing Board, will continue to build on the school’s success. We are looking for a headteacher who will champion high expectations and foster a love of learning.
